The Story Behind the Name
Every place has a story. Ours begins with a tree.
In the garden of Melia Sol stands a Melia Azedarach, a beautiful tree whose presence has shaped the character of the place from the beginning.
Its form inspired our logo, while its nine seeds became a symbol of the nine studios that make up Melia Sol. Nine individual spaces, each with its own character, growing from the same root and sharing the same garden.
The tree became more than an inspiration for our name. It became a quiet symbol of the place itself — rooted in nature, connected to Chios and open to the Aegean.

Chios from a Different Perspective
A visual journey through Chios, combining photography, collage and mixed media to capture the island through a personal lens — its landscapes, abandoned villages, sea views and traces of everyday life.
